I recently stayed at Hotel Raj Bagh Palace in Jaipur and was impressed by its blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Pros ● Heritage Beauty Architect: The architecture is a stunning representation of Rajasthan's rich heritage. Intricate carvings, majestic domes, and grand corridors transport you back in time, offering a truly royal experience. ● Rooms: The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. ● Went for a Big Fat Indian Wedding: The wedding arrangements were flawless, with beautiful decor, efficient planning, and seamless execution. The ambiance perfectly complemented the festive spirit. ● F&B: The food and beverage offerings are exceptional, featuring a wide array of delicious Indian and international cuisines. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently impressive throughout our stay. Cons ● Less Attentive Staff: While the property and services are excellent, the staff's attentiveness could be improved. There were instances where requests took longer to be addressed, impacting the overall experience slightly.
It was good to visit the palace , but the staff was not comparative. The view is great, the rooms are good to go.
Bathrooms had no hand towel or tissues. No mats in bathroom. With marble floor and water, risk of falling. Insufficient shampoo and conditioner .poor quality. No cleaning service in room. Bedsheets not changed. Poor quality of tea bags in rooms.
We came for my cousin sister's wedding, and as a location it was great. The location for this resort is fantastic and with a few more improvements this resort can become better. The rooms were really big and the bathrooms are bigger just as well. I believe they're half as big as the room itself which is great. There was an issue with the heater not giving hot water, there was barely lukewarm water, so I had to have cold showers in the winter which was "great". The shower area got clogged as well, I called them twice just for the problem to get even bigger where the water reached the outside the shower area and reached the toilet bowl, which was on the other side of the bathroom and was quite far. The food was good but for the first day of our wedding the food was really spicy for some reason, so we had to get that sorted out really quickly as a lot of our guests were complaining about the spice. After the changes the food was much better. Didn't quite get the chance to taste the breakfast but judging by the lunch and dinner on the second day I wouldn't be complaining about it. I felt Old Taj vibes from the decor and look of the place minus the maintenance of Taj. Because the floor was dirty and not as spotless as Taj's maintenance teams. It felt like the owner was trying to make it like Taj while cutting some corners here and there.
